CM Style Progress Report

Below is the progress report that I have used with my children. I made this after going over Charlotte Mason's comments about examinations. We have examinations twice a year. I do this for the children's benefit as well as mine. They love to show us what they have learned and it cements the last twelve weeks in their minds as well as revealing my weak spots. Some states require more documentation than others, so you may find this to of some help. Progress Report
